Ten-day notice required for proposed ordinances
By law (Chapter 77), cities must provide a 10-day notice of most proposed ordinances.
The law applies to new proposed ordinances and proposed amendments to existing ordinances that the city is considering for a vote by the city council. Interim ordinances are exempt.
