Material on city streets
- City Ordinance and State Laws do not allow individuals to obstruct the travel lanes or utilize public rights of ways without permission to do so.
- Placement of rock, mulch, construction materials and roll-off containers are prohibited from being placed within the roadway surfaces.
- Any obstructions alongside and outside the roadway surface must first receive a permit. Documents submitted must include provisions regarding traffic warnings for both daytime and nighttime conditions.
- Individuals or companies that do not abide by these rules may have their materials or obstruction promptly removed by the city, for which the offending party shall pay all labor machinery and storage costs for such removal.
