Shorewood offers a spring drop-off for large bulky items and some items that cannot be recycled curbside. The event, always held on the third Saturday in May, is 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, May 20, 2023. The drop-off is located at Shorewood Public Works Department. A driver's license or other ID with your Shorewood address is required.
NO household hazardous waste or paint accepted at this event. Hazardous materials can be taken to Carver County Environmental Center (116 Peavey Circle, Chaska, MN 55318)

A free shred event is held in the city hall parking lot, 5755 Country Club Road, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on the same day as the clean-up event. Please do not shred non-necessary papers, such as newspapers, junk mail, and papers without secure information. Shredding takes place on-site. View the event flyer for more information.
